You may have missed the discussion a while back about the rights of F&G agents to board and search your boat without probable cause. They can and will do so. The "right" to search on the high seas predates the Constitution & Bill of Rights. The courts have grandfathered the right.

Now, about their search of your home...I think they need a warrant for that one.
