Speaking of hoop-netters, Claudette & I saw two boats out at Flat Rock last night that must have had something like 15 of them out. Each net must have had a float with a blinking strobe attached to the top because there were lines of blinking strobes out there. I also found an abandoned one stuck in the reef during the dive.
