Young T. Cho was placed on a 24-month probation and assessed fees and fines totaling $880 when he pleaded guilty to abalone violations. His dive gear was ordered forfeited.

Celia E. Hennion, not present, was assessed fees and fines totaling $910 for abalone violations.

Man S. and Ok S. Kim were fined a total of $726 for abalone violations.

Bret W. Perry, not present, was fined $1,230 for abalone violations.

Jeffrey D. Wharton, not present, was fined $1,230 for abalone violations.

Kam T and Yuk F. Yee were fined a total of $1,166 for abalone violations.
