As the individual who spearheaded the effort to get the Freelance to stop illegally anchoring within 300 ft of the Casino Point Dive Park, I'm glad to say that the boat's owner and captain have held to their agreement not to do so in the future. I have also heard from the glassbottom boat captains that they have not been seen in the waters of the marine reserve at Lover's Cove either.

I haven't seen them anywhere near a protected area along the leeward coast, so I believe they have kept their promise (and recently wrote the owner to commend them on that change in practices).
