camera - canon A70
pioneer sealife - I don't know if it takes video or not, you should know the answer to that
exhaust bubbles - most digital cameras in video mode automatically record sound also
add music - windows movie maker does that (its included free on all newer pc's)
download video to my computer - the same way I download photos
add links to my post - you need to find someone to host your photos / videos, or get your own web site
video class - its not needed, all of this is *really* simple
