I've never really thought about sodium intake... I have a serious genetic disposition to dunlap disease but thankfully the blood pressure is all good. Now if I could just the <50 bpm resting pulse rate that Beth has!

I'm sure it would better if I made it from scratch, but with long work days and bunch of hobbies to tend to, food prep time usually gets squeezed :-)

Isn't it true that only 10% of people with hypertension are sodium sensative but it's easier for the docs to tell everyone to limit sodium instead of trying to figure it out on a one by one basis?
