Oh Christ, once again the goverment is looking for excuses to take peoples money....now where have I heard that before......

I think the guy made a few errors in judgement, but risking his rear and going in after the Japanese woman was not one of them....this guy deserves recognition for that.

If every boat captain in SoCal got taxed by the Coasties because the weather was "overcast" or "choppy", they would all be out of business.....

I guess if the air is misty and damp, "We're on STORM WATCH-2005!" Or if there is a small ripple on the water surface, "We're on Tsumnai Watch!-Tune in tonight to see how to protect your family from killer rogue waves!"
