hey kio, its scott, I think we met in malibu divers

when it rains, you shouldn't dive for 3 days, because raw sewage is swept into the oceans. some people dive anyway, they are taking a chance. it also depends on the severity of the rains.

the rain shouldn't effect the lobsters.

sometimes the malibu lifeguard hotline will say whether they think its safe or not (310-457-9701)
