I heard a cooking program a few years ago on this topic.
Lobsters have multiple brains/nerve centers running down the middle of thier body - think spinal cord - you would have to be a marksman with a very large cleaver to do the job properly - I think the knife between the eyes is a bad idea - I like the crisper - better yet - the freezer for a few minutes - good luck
