The Cruise Directors will do that for you. Be sure to get in touch and ask them about it before you leave for you trip. Best to have your info before you go. There are also plenty of dive operators near the piers if you choose.

Take your own gear, they'll supply the tanks and guides. Shore diving may be limited due to access. There are large hotels and homes along the water. One spot may be the light house. But you must remember the currents there Cozumel are strong. Be safe, have fun.
