Well, "Costa Maya" basically means the Caribbean coast of the Yucatan peninsula ... Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Tulum. Cozumel is offshore of Playa del Carmen. All of these appear to have gotten hit pretty hard. I guess you'd have to find out from your cruise operator what their plans are (though they probably don't know yet).
