Thanks for sharing the story, DJ.

Certainly decompression is a concern. But what about surge of water/ waves hitting the rock?

As I dive for lobster, I realize that diving near the reef/rock where sudden wave action exist ( and often unpredictable) can be a big safety concern.

I tend to avoid such a area but I may find me stumbled into the situation every now and then. I have not been hammered to the reef by the wave yet, but I thought it could be quite dangerous.
