Sorry Jake. When I book on a dive boat, I want to go diving. If the short gate time is a problem, try a Princess Cruise.

I rarely post. Jake you got me here. The Spectre isn't one of my favorite dive boats. But it's a REAL DIVE BOAT. For Real Diver. Hot tub aside (when I maximize my bottom time, I don't think it's a good time for a hot soak in unsanitized water), I don't measure a dive boat by the food (Napa Valley, better food. No diving), bunk space (Ritz Carlton, way better. Motel 6, a little better), or the crews pampering. I measure a dive boat by the DIVING. The more bottom time, variety of sites, the better the boat. The Spectre rates high on this.
