Mrs. Shaw and I have taken to Kayaking in the evenings.
Night time paddeling is a very calming. We plan to dive offit, but not yet.

The other day we were paddeling around around 10 pm or so and a fast boat bee-lined to us and a big light decended upon us. ti was the Coast Guard. They wanted to know what we were up to. We replied "Exersize". They commented that we had 1; life vests 2:horn 3:lights, ingluding 360 on a rod 4:cellphone.
"You guys hav all the safety equipment, we never see that" said the officer.
"Wanna board the vessel?" says I.
"No, I don't think that you can get 10 lbs of cocaine in the hold" said the officer.
He was right, the specs only indicate 9.5.

All in all, as a law abiding citizen, we were properly treated, and a little humor thrown in. Nothing was unwelcome. I applaude their efforts.
