I don't know. They visited us last year also. They arrived very slowly shortly after the gates had opened and may not have wanted to obstruct the dive gates, you know, "arresting" our dive activities. That is just my guess. No one reported a probelm with the boat being there. Tim didn't seem too upset with them climbing over the railing, but you know Tim, if it could be a gray area, he kind of sits back and watches things and desides what his opinion is after he processes things a bit

The diver who was cited said that he has a phone number that he has to call to find out what he has to do next and what it will cost. The wardens don't do that part and just referred him to the next step. The diver said that he will keep me posted on what the follow-up is, and I hope that he does, because he can educate all of us and if he does I plan to include it in my trip report.
