Yes, and those laws are trumped by the 4th and 5th Amendment.

To suggest that LE actually follow Constitutional laws related to the 4th and 5th Amendments as "anarchy" is laughable. Pure police state propaganda.

If someone takes a short lobster, then pay the piper, as long as the piper adhered to the laws too....The DFG broke the law too, they boarded a boat without probable cause, they arrested everyone and they searched people's private effects without consent and without probable cause to believe a crime had been committed and without a search warrant. THAT, Elaine, is a crime.
