Hey Einstein, If you pass for 3500psi then you will pass for 2650 or 3000 psi. Those guys probably are using the same tanks they sold years ago with the same molds and same steel but retested to higher pressure. If you are a manufacturer these days, why have 2 different fabs for a LP and HP tank? They probably just relabel the HP capable tanks LP for the market.
