The (old, decrepid, rust faded) signs on the lockers say they are
emptied once a day. However, I have had classes there leave items
in them for up to 3 days without the contents ts being disturbed.
That doesn't mean they won't enforce what their signs say though
at any given time.

Do you really think the lockers will hold a deflated inflatable and outboard motor? I mean dive gear for a day or two maybe, but
a powered Avon?

I would try the floating marine service shop on the opposite end
of the point, inside the harbor. I have left rather "larger"
items with her without any problems. They did charge me, but for what I paid, it easily made up for the hassle of dragging the
stuff back and forth from the mainland for a period of 30 days.

The easier solution to your quest, make nice-nice with someone
who live at Avalon. It works for me and I am a grateful visiting
diver for it.
