I have tried many different types of drops and few worked until I tried a drop I got from Henrys Market. They are found in the vitamins section and have grapefruit extract and Tea tree oil. The Tea tree oil is a natural anti biotic. My ears do not DRY out and crack and I have not had an infection in several years. They go under the Name of Ear Drops so ask for the ingredients.
