This isn't a board for discussion of costitutional law. Dave is a broken record who uses this board to tout his politics. Take it elsewhere. We aren't the stupid animals that insulting jerk gets on here and calls everybody. I'm sick of his demeaning and rude manner and would be very happy if he never posted here again.
