Dave this is what you can do to prove your point, be a man. Post a bulletin stating where and when you will be diving. Call the local DFG office and tell them that you are planning on poaching undersize Lobsters. Tell them that they don't have the authority to search you and that you will not allow them to detain you based on your case law referrence. Let's consider it an experiment to see if your arguments hold water. Come on Dave, walk the talk brother....
