I was not boarded as you think. F&G came along side and asked me if they could come aboard and inspect the boat. I told them yes. I do wonder though; what would have happened if I said had said no. It’s like the cop that pulls you over and asks to search your car. Of course you can say no, but what then? I have asked high-ranking officials at F&G on what authority do they have the right to board us and I always get the same answer. “The F&G has much more power when it come to search and seizure than regular law enforcement.” I have no idea if this is correct or not, but what I have been told.
