For liability reasons so that I cannot possibly get dragged into a lawsuit in the event that you have a mishap as a result of your technical instruction since I would be the person recommending the instructor, I would have to say to check around and interview different instructors and chose whom you feel most competent and credentialed after checking with their certification ageny.
