Scuba Toys in Cypress, Orange County is the most layed back and coolest dive shop in OC or LA. Jim is one of the nicest guys around period. After he gets to know you and you buy a air card it seems like the card never gets full. He has great package deals on gear too. I don't know any owner/operators that dive every week-end on their days off. Check it out I think you will be happy.
