YES, this place is horrible!! I will never forget going in there as a freshly certified diver seeking help in purchasing some snorkeling equipment. When I asked questions, their staff made me feel like I was a dummy because I was trying to learn. Other times I went in, it was always the same. When I tried asking about local dive sites, they simply said "the ocean is across the street". If someone wanted to do some shoplifting, this would be the place because once you walk in, your presence won't even be aknowledged.

On the opposite spectrum for this area, I give double thumbs up to the new Peace Scuba center! They are so cool and down to earth and helpful. Every single person on their staff is awesome!
