It is like a dimension is missing. I keep trying to figure out how it could be compensated for - elements that work in film - like leading lines and an alternative light source (ie wide beam flashlight, varying strobe angle and intensity, using the sun as a strobe etc.) - I don't know how much that would improve digital images. Maybe it is a perception thing - if you aren't used to the visual clues of film maybe it doesn't bother you because your brain has never been taught to pick up on them. I don't know.

As for the sockpuppets - Chris has offered me editing priviledges. It is a pain in the neck job. But you know - the delete button has it's advantages.
