A skin-in suit seals water flow from your whole body, not just at the writs and ankles. Becasue of this they are the warmest wetsuits. I use AquaFlite Oceanliner suit, but most custom wetsuit manufactures will make them. Hederson Gold suits are off the shelf skin-in suits.
