What these people really want is the right to kill the inhabitants in EVERY SQUARE INCH OF OUR SHARED OCEAN.

BTW, which "special interest" financed YOUR lawsuit?? Did you petition the state for the funds, or were they from private donors?

Mark my words, this lawsuit, if it even makes it to a courtroom will be soundly defeated.

This whole MPLA process is about preserving vital marine habitat for the future. I cannot believe the level of selfishness that some will resort to in order to protect their petty recreation, particularily in light of all the other threats that our water and wildlife are currently facing.

WAKE UP--these are YOUR warers that the MPLA's are protecting!
