I noticed that my drysuit had shrunk. Same problem with the scale too. I've been on a diet for a month now due to the shrinkage issue.

1200 Calories a day is difficult but not impossible. I've done it every day now for almost 5 weeks. What was amazing was that the week that I lost the most weight was the week I gave up for two days. I had been on the Sea Diver trip - I ate the potato chips, the dip, the brownies, the meals, etc. - brought my own diet salad dressing though - I lost the most that week - 5 pounds. Either the schlepping dive gear or just diving in general must be a super calorie burner.
