I had a similar experience with a purchase. Went in expecting a battle and almost fell over when the owner came out from the back and actually listened to my issues... then took as much time with me as needed to SOLVE the problem! Not what I thought would happen. Even got a free air fill and a "thank you" as I walked out. Maybe they're learning?
