I wouldn't use a Picasso freediving suit for scuba unless it was shallow and short. anything more than that and you'll ruin it. Those suits use a very soft and luxurious Yamamoto neoprene and are not the best for holding up against extended compression. They are designed more for the up and down of freediving and longer times laying up on the surface breathing up. That's why Picasso has both the commercial termic 7 mil and 9 mil, which is made out of denser material for scuba diving.
And I am 6-4 also and fit fine in a 60.
