a. Service _absolutely, if I am not welcomed, why would I spend my money there?
b. Selection _the more the better, but in this day of on line retail if they can at least help me find it, better to order throught the shop than on line.
c. Convenience _Always, though it is nice to get immediate gratification of going home with 'my new toy'. I would wait to get it to support an LDS.
d. Price _Sometimes price is less important than service and support. You get what you pay for.
e. Location _Several shops I patronize are up to 3 hours away.
f. Hours _It's nice tohave people open before work and late but with planning and phone calls, one can circumvent this usually.Except for last minute airfills.
g. I just always have _Made it important to know the people and that ensures the service.
