I find that if I stay in the 30-60 ranges I am fine. I am one of those that get cold easily. I purchased a 7MM from them with a hood, and am going to be diving it soon I suspect I will be plenty warm. The Pinnacle suits do retain water as the wrist and ankle seals seal against the body, which retains water. Personally I feel that the water retention against your body stays warm as you don't have the constant water exchange.
I suppose everybody has an opinion I find those that own them love them those that don't have nothing to compare the suit too.
Hope this helps
