On this subject, most computers provide a readout on ascent rate...how many people fail to keep in the 'green'? Saw a young lady shoot to the surface a few weeks ago on a boat because she thought her computer's depth readout was her air pressure...hmmm maybe dive computer training WOULD be a good idea. Also, the shore only shops would conform - re-read Section 304...it states "...one of which may be from shore or a vessel...".
