Ooooh I like when you give easy tests!
I'll bet the farm those are 2 of the nudibranch Anisodoris nobilis. Otherwise known as one of several yellow nudis called the Lemon Dorid (I know what you're thinking, but they can be orange as well). They are likely getting set up to mate (all hunched up) but are head to head. When they get head to tail they can exchange "stuff" and mate.
