From all that I have read some of the options are mixed neoprene, rubbatex, skin in and well drysuits.

The mixed neoprene aparently is a lot less expensive, but compresses a lot. The Rubbatex has better compression but is expensive.
Skin in folks swear by it, but all admit that donnong is a chore. A lot of them use spray bottles with shampoo or conditioner.

Then dry... not there yet
