I've had the same sort of issues with my roof and dry wall. Holes in the ceiling really suck. Getting roofers, dry wall fixers, house repair sorts to show up is an art I haven't figured out yet. Getting them to DIR the first time is a science and must be genetic because unless you have a relative in the business - rotsa ruck.

Throw your dive gear into a Lawn and Leaf bag and come on the Sea Diver trip. Last year on the December trip we dove in a hail storm and played with hats. No guarantee on a hail storm (we liked it because it made us feel macho) but the hats are packed and we have a suprise guest coming.
