I'm fairly convinced that the parasites seen on the heads of the GSB burrow under the skin and are not lice. When you approach the GSB, or when a cleaner fish approaches, the 2 tentacles hanging out of the back of the parasite retract beneath the skin of the GSB and the cleaner fish can't grab them.
