It came this afternoon. Upon reading the manual (RTFM, right), it
turns out that it will charge anything, but will only discharge
packs of 3 or more cells. No problem for the SB-104 packs, but
I was planning on testing all my AA and C cells individually.
Maybe I'll have to find a PCMCIA or USB or serial DVM, and write
a little software.

It's busilly discharging one of my SB-104 packs.
