I have to say, camping with Eric & Co. is nothing like the bare-bones camping I remember as a kid -- this ain't franks 'n' beans. It's more like a four-day food-and-drink festival with occasional bouts of hardcore diving

Speaking of food, a chef friend of mine came over this weekend and we cooked up the scallops I got at Santa Rosa last weekend, along with a half dozen bugs I picked up on Friday. He passed on a bunch of great recipes that I'll try to put to good use at the campout.

Who else is going???
