The 5050 was ideal in many, many ways for u/w photography. Nothing since has been as popular. IMHO, based on what you have say you are looking for, look at the Fuji 810 in an Ikelite housing with either an Inon or Ikelite strobe. [The 200 foot depth requirement rules out most camera-manufacturer housings.]

Of course, you could always pick up a used 5050 and buy an Ike housing for it!
