Ross,
I would go with an Olympus 5060. Both the Olympus 5060 and 7070 are interchangeable in housings, so anything made for one would fit the other.
I personally choose the 5060 because of it’s better low light focus ability. My 5060 will shoot over 600 images on one battery, and sometimes makes it to 800. You can make either the 5060 or the 7070 fully TTL compatible with a Heinrichs-Weikamp TTL Converter. I bought all of my 5060s as refurbs. Olympus sells refurbs directly on eBay.
I am presently using an Olympus PT-027 housing, however a PT-020 housing will work as well. If you want to go deep then a Patima Hosuing would be a good choice since it is rated to 80m (262 ft.). and can be made TTL compatible with the Heinrichs-Weikamp TTL Converter. All of these housing are compatible with the 67mm INON lenses.
Give me a call if you have any questions.

Chris
