The Light & Motion housings are cast, machined aluminum and bulletproof. I believe that that particular Tetra will also handle the Oly C-4000 - check to be sure. Together (Tetra & C-4000) they are a very robust, compact unit, and can be used in moderate depth/light without strobe(s) by just doing a manual white balance adjustment. I've used mine (thanks Roger) shooting available light in 130-140 fsw and had very acceptable results. Stay wet (except inside the housing...)
