Sliding down extra crunchy sand paper decking will do it every time. Ross cleaned it up, dug out some of the "extra crunchies" that liberated themselves on the slide, and put on one of the better bandage jobs I've ever seen - knees are hard to wrap up right. I haven't banged up a knee this good since I fell off a skateboard billions of years ago.

I'm afraid it is 10 more pounds until new jeans as I'm just squeezing back into the old ones. Putting on the dry suit isn't like trying to fit into a girdle anymore which is nice. In studying the photo my legs still look too well endowed - hope 10 more pounds fixes it.
