It's different |

The goal of the sales department is always going to be to sell. Your goal when something is broken is to get it fixed and to know that it is getting fixed properly. Two different things entirely. A dry suit is a high maintenance item. The reason I bought a new DUI is because of their repair department - not due to a sales department. If dive shops fixed dry suits on the spot then it would be appropriate to go through them. Since they don't it is an unnecessary and irritating middle man.
