The dive shops don't service the drysuit, they simply box it, scribble some notes on a repair tag, send it off to Diving Concepts and give the customer some standard terms such as typical repairs take 10 business days. When I'm having something repaired, I want to talk to the dept who is doing the repair. I don't need the techs either. Just some admin/rep/phone answerer who can tell me that they got it, some sort of rough status on the repair, and maybe when it should ship out. In an attempt to break it down for you, if my car dealer didn't do repairs on cars and had to send it back to Nissan for repairs, then YES, I would want to talk to Nissan. Aren't you a small business owner? Surely you understand how important customer service is to almost ANY business. Ross-O
