Cold hands don't seem to bother me much. Maybe I'm the exception there... I went cheap on the undies and just picked up a capaline base layer and polartec 200 outer layer at REI. When I say TOTALLY that means compared to wetsuit. I sometimes get chilly if I'm bored and moving slow in 50F water, but I warm up as soon as I get out of the water and dry suit "chilly" is trivial compared to wetsuit "teeth-chattering test-your-frosticles cold"!
