Actually, at the far end of Miguel and the outer part of the Foul, there were a few stocks of abalone left when the
moritorium was imposed. The commercials had just not finished cleamning it all out. This is just a cleanup maneuver. These
are just the abalone they didn't get before and now they want them.
If the stocks are so healthy, they must be healthy for everybody. Are they talking a sport hunt too or just a
commercial hunt?
