The life within the states' jurisdiction (12 miles), constitutionally belongs equally to all the legal residents of the state.

So why are hundreds of millions of pounds of OUR vital forage being EXPORTED every year?

The extraction of fish from state waters should be limited to what the RESIDENTS consume anually---- PERIOD!

Otherwise the residents (OWNERS) loose their valluable forage to foreign interests.

Why are we allowing OUR ocean environment to be degraded by massive exportation?

When clearly, the beneficiaries are too few to justify the damage done!

Mike, you seem to have a strong opinion on the subject, so why don't you just step up here and tell us all what the 'return on investment' the residents recieve when 50 MILLION pounds of squid or 50 MILLION pounds of sardines are sold to asia!

i'm ALL ears...
