The squid, anchovie, and sardine belong to ALL the residents of the state, yet a handful of individuals get to take them at NO COST and sell them for their personal income. Why????

There is NO RETURN to the California taxpayer...

There are too few beneficiaries in the industry to justify the harm done to OUR shared resource...

That is my objection to this unchecked forage reduction effort in OUR waters.
